What You Will Be Doing
n
Operating GPS and non-GPS dozers for bulk earthworks, site clearing, pushing scrapers, and final trim.
n
Working closely with site supervisors and the broader earthmoving team to meet project milestones.
n
Conducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining a high standard of machinery care.
n
Ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
n
What We Are Looking For
n
Qualifications: Current and valid Plant Operator Tickets / VOC for Dozer operations, plus a valid NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
n
Experience: Proven, extensive experience operating dozers in civil construction, mining, or heavy earthmoving environments. Experience with GPS systems (Trimble/Topcon) is highly regarded.

Safety Focus: A proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
n
Reliability: A robust work ethic, punctuality, and reliable personal transport to access the Lithgow / Blue Mountains site.
