As our highly valued Technology Operations and Assurance Coordinator, you’ll use your expertise in technology operations, supplier management and information security assurance to ensure SWSPHN's technology workplace remains secure, reliable and fit for purpose while enabling our people to deliver meaningful impact across South Western Sydney.

You’ll make an impact at scale by:

Coordinating day-to-day technology operations across internal stakeholders, managed service providers and specialist technology partners.

Monitoring technology risks, incidents, service performance and improvement activities to ensure issues are resolved and opportunities are acted upon.

Supporting information security, business continuity and technology assurance activities, including audits, control reviews and remediation programs.

Managing technology supplier relationships and holding providers accountable for agreed service standards, deliverables and outcomes.

Maintaining visibility of technology assets, systems, documentation and operational processes to strengthen organisational resilience and reduce reliance on supplier-held knowledge.

What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience coordinating technology operations, IT service management, technology projects or supplier-delivered technology services.

Strong understanding of contemporary technology environments, including cloud platforms,



identity and access management, cyber security and business systems.

Well-developed stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and drive actions to completion.

The ability to analyse information, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, practical recommendations to support sound decision-making.
