Inlife Wellness Ryde is looking for some wonderful Pilates instructors to join our team — for both permanent teaching blocks and cover opportunities.

With our studio about to celebrate its 1st Birthday, we have a wonderful, established community of members — many of whom have been training with us consistently and are ready to be progressed, challenged and kept engaged.

The right fit for us is someone who is caring, energetic, fun and genuinely loves teaching. It’s not about creating the most Instagram-worthy class. It’s about teaching the members who are actually in the room — reading the class, offering options, layers and progressions, bringing great energy and making sure every person feels welcomed, supported and appropriately challenged.

At inLIFE, we offer traditional Reformer Pilates alongside our Reformer Pilates and Fusion classes, incorporating a combination of strength, cardio and stretch across different class styles and formats. We’re looking for instructors who are willing to teach a variety of class styles,



with training and support available for our Fusion classes where required.

What we’re looking for…

- Reformer Pilates qualifications
- Current First Aid, CPR and appropriate insurance
- A genuine passion for helping people move and feel better
- Someone who brings warmth, personality and energy to their classes
- Confidence teaching a range of abilities and providing layers, progressions and challenges
- An instructor who can deliver a great workout while adapting to the people in front of them
- A willingness to learn and teach our Fusion class formats
