New Home Drafting Designer – Full-Time | ArchiCAD only

If your experience is exclusively within an architectural practice, consultancy or design studio, you will not be suitable for this position and cannot be shortlisted. Previous new home builder experience + strong ArchiCAD working drawing experience are essential.

They’re genuinely open to offering flexibility around your working hours. If you need to manage school drop-offs, pick-ups or other commitments, there’s flexibility to start earlier and finish earlier, or start later and finish later, whatever works best around your circumstances.

The Role





- Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs + work on renovations
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings in ArchiCAD
- Work through the design and build process with the construction team
- Mentor and support their existing Draftsperson

About You

- Previous experience with a new/double storey builder is essential
- Strong ArchiCAD and full working drawing experience
- Experience drafting single and double-storey homes
- Able to mentor and support another Draftsperson
- Full Australian working rights
