We are looking for an experienced, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide complex care support to a participant in the Central Coast area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting participants with complex care needs and be confident working independently.

Key responsibilities

- Provide complex care support to participants
- Perform hoisting and transfers
- Deliver complex personal care
- Follow care plans and health-related support procedures
- Support participants with high and complex needs
- Maintain valuable communication and documentation

- Experience with hoisting and transfers

- Confidence following care plans and health-related support procedures
- Experience supporting participants with high and complex needs
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, patient and professional
- Current relevant disability-sector checks and qualifications
