Yourresponsibilities:

- Ownservicesforaportfolioofapplications,providingresponsivefunctionalandtechnicalsupportandclearcommunicationtouserswithinD365,WorkatoandPowerPlatform
- Manageincidents,servicerequestsandproblemsfromtriagethroughresolution,meetagreedservicelevelsandeliminaterecurringissuesatrootcause.




- Design,developandimplementbusinessprocessautomationsusing WorkatoandMicrosoftPowerPlatform(PowerAutomate,PowerApps)andotherrelevanttools
- AutomatereportingworkflowsandsurfacemeaningfulKPIsthatgiveleadershipvisibilityintooperationalperformance
- ManageandadministerthePowerPlatformandAzureenvironments,includingsecurity,configuration,andgovernance
- Workwithprocessownersandbusinessanalyststounderstandneeds,simplifywaysofworkingandtranslateapprovedrequirementsintosupportableconfigurationorlow-codechanges.

Aboutyou:

- 3-5yearsworkingwithApplicationsupportandhands-onexperienceadministering,configuringandsupportingapplicationssuchasMicrosoftPowerPlatform,Workato,Pega,ServiceNoworsimilar
- PracticalknowledgeofAPIs,authentication,datamapping,scheduledjobsanddataflows,withtheabilitytomonitorandtroubleshootintegrationsacrossmultipleapplications.
- Strongstakeholderengagementskills,you'llbeadvisingnon-technicalbusinessunitsandpresentingupwardtoleadership.
