About the Position

MPOT is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, with a focus on servicing clients across Northern suburbs of Adelaide and working primarily from our Nuriootpa clinic. The position is full time (38 hours per week), offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to provide meaningful rehabilitation to clients at our Nuriootpa clinic as well as within clients’ homes, workplaces and community environments.

Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation

Persistent and complex pain

Neurological conditions

Serious and complex injuries

Acquired brain and spinal cord injuries

Amputee rehabilitation and gait retraining

Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation

NDIS and community-based physiotherapy

Workplace injuries and return-to-work rehabilitation

Functional rehabilitation to improve independence and community participation

Salary Package:

Mobile phone, laptop, workstation and clinical resources provided





Base Salary between $80,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Super + motor vehicle reimbursement

Professional development allowance of $1,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.

Develop and deliver evidence-based, goal-directed rehabilitation programs.

Provide individualised hands‑on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, education and self‑management strategies.

Support clients to improve their strength, mobility, function, confidence and independence.

Assess functional capacity and contribute to safe and sustainable return-to-work planning.

Deliver services in clinic, home, community and workplace settings.

Monitor client outcomes and modify treatment programs as required.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.

Prepare reports for medical practitioners, insurers, support coordinators, employers and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with clients, families, treating practitioners and MPOT’s multidisciplinary allied health team.

Participate in clinical supervision, professional development and quality-improvement activities.

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, or an equivalent recognised qualification.

Current registration, or eligibility for registration,



with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia through AHPRA.

At least one year full time (or equivalent) work experience in a clinical setting.

Relevant physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation skills.

Strong clinical reasoning and treatment-planning abilities.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Sound time-management, organisational and clinical documentation skills.

Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice.

Ability to obtain the required employment and disability-sector screening clearances.

Experience in community rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, persistent pain, disability, serious injury management or occupational rehabilitation will be highly regarded.

Applicants undertaking an AHPRA-approved supervised-practice pathway may also be considered, with appropriate supervision provided.
