Zenith Hotels in Sydney seeks a Group Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with venue General Managers, and shape the employee lifecycle across the group from onboarding to development.

Based at our Rydalmere office with regular travel to Western Sydney venues, you'll drive engagement, learning initiatives and people-focused programs while supporting our HR Administrator and leaders.
