GV Health provides Pharmacotherapy Area Based Network (PABN) services to the Hume Area. The PABN provide support for primary care providers across the state of Victoria. The role enhances access to pharmacotherapy, improves service coordination including referral pathways to specialist services and builds workforce capacity. The Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) - Nurse Practitioner will work with other clinical and community support services to improve access, outcomes and expand clinical capability across the sector within the Hume catchment region.
