Silverchain is seeking a Personal Care Worker/Assistant in Nursing to provide in-home support for a client in Warner. The role starts at 2 hours per day, increasing to 3 hours daily from October, with ongoing regular shifts.

You will deliver practical in-home care, personal support, housekeeping and companionship, under general guidance. Ideal candidates have Certificate III in Individual Support, NDIS clearance, a police check, and at least 6 months' experience.
