Marsh is seeking an experienced Impactful Participant Support Specialist to join our Application Management Services team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week to collaborate and drive operational excellence across a portfolio of business applications.
You will provide Level 1 and 2 support, diagnose and resolve issues, manage access, coordinate projects, and mentor junior team members while adhering to IT policies and change control processes.
