Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking an After Hours Nurse Manager Level 2 to lead the hospital’s operations after hours at Cessnock District Hospital. The role focuses on protected patient flow, bed management and coordinating staffing to ensure continuous, high-quality care.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, provide leadership during periods when the Health Service Manager is unavailable, and drive patient safety and service improvement.
