Are you a proactive Salon Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Jacqui's Place is looking for a reliable, highly organised team player to help keep our busy Mooloolaba salon running like clockwork.

We aren't just looking for a hand; we are looking for a "right hand." The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of salon operations and the initiative to anticipate the needs of our Senior Stylists before they even ask.

The Role

n

Your mission is to manage the flow of the salon, ensuring our stylists stay on schedule, and our clients receive a premium experience.

Your technical tasks will include:

- Basin Excellence: Washing, rinsing colours, and neutralising perms.
n
- Colour Support: Applying regrowth colour, foiling, and applying mid-to-end colours/toners.
n
- Stylist Support:



Assisting with rollers, perm rods, and foiling prep.
n
- Salon Pride: Maintaining a pristine setting (sweeping, laundry, and general tidiness).
n
- Client Care: Providing exceptional service, including tea and coffee.
n

What You Bring

- Experience: Proven knowledge of hairdressing and busy salon dynamics.
n
- Initiative: You see what needs to be done and you do it - no micro-management required.
n
- Punctuality: You take pride in helping the team stay on time and organised.
n
- Commitment: Available for 7-8 hours over 2.5 days a week, plus a non-negotiable 3-4 hour shifts every second Saturday.
