About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager, or a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career, to join our growing Funds Finance team.

This is a hands-on role supporting a portfolio of property funds and investment structures. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across funds management, asset management, investor relations and finance to deliver high-quality financial reporting, fund performance insights and compliance outcomes.

The role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, debt management, tax and investor reporting, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a commercially focused finance position within the property sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing month-end and year-end reporting across a portfolio of property funds
- Preparing management accounts and fund performance reports
- Coordinating annual financial statements and external audits
- Calculating and reviewing unit pricing and investor distributions
- Monitoring cash flow,



liquidity and treasury activities
- Managing lender reporting and debt covenant compliance
- Supporting tax compliance and trust reporting requirements
- Preparing financial analysis for investors, lenders and joint venture partners
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiencies
- Supporting finance systems enhancements and business growth initiatives

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

You'll bring:

- Fully qualified CA or CPA
- 5+ years' experience in funds management, property, real estate investment or a similar environment
- Strong financial and statutory reporting experience
- Experience working with auditors, tax advisers and lenders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently
