Are you a carpenter ready to work for a fun, family-run company?

You’re good at what you do. You care about the finish, you’re comfortable talking to clients, and you like getting stuck into different kinds of work rather than doing the same thing every day. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

At In and Out Trades, we work with real estate agencies, property managers and private clients across the Central Coast. One week might include repairs across several properties; another could involve a larger renovation or project. You’ll have variety, a supportive crew and the chance to take real ownership of your work.

What you’ll be doing

- Completing carpentry, repair, maintenance and renovation work across the Central Coast

- Reading the quote or work order before starting and checking what’s included

- Planning your materials and approach so the job runs efficiently

- Working independently on some jobs and alongside the crew on others

- Speaking professionally with clients, tenants and other trades on site

- Keeping clear job notes, photos and receipts so the office team knows what was done

- Raising questions, changes or extra work before they turn into surprises

- Want to be part of a crew that works hard, helps each other out and has a laugh along the way

You’ll need a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent, experience in residential carpentry, renovations, repairs or property maintenance, and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport. You should also be comfortable using a phone app to record job time, notes and photos.
