1st year Apprentice Plasterer walls and ceiling lining

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn all aspects of wall and ceiling lining. This is a full-time apprenticeship position suited to someone who wants to learn the trade properly, work hard and build a long-term career in plastering and wall and ceiling lining. Our current project located in Kedron and Lutwyche

Key responsibilities

- Installing plasterboard to walls and ceilings
n
- Measuring, cutting and fitting plasterboard
n
- Setting and finishing joints
n
- Framing and preparation work
n
- Using hand and power tools safely
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n

- Genuinely interested in becoming a qualified plasterer

- Reliable, punctual and willing to work
n
- Good attitude and willing to learn
n




- Physically capable of working in the construction industry
n
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
- Takes pride in doing quality work
n
- Understands the importance of turning up every day and on time
n
- Able to make your own way to the job site each day
n
- Driver's licence and reliable transport strongly preferred
n
- Apprenticeship training and on-the-job experience
n
