This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 220+ residential properties, with strong support across inspections, leasing, administration and virtual assistance. The role offers 2 days working from home and minimal out-of-office duties giving you the flexibility to manage your portfolio effectively while maintaining genuine work-life balance.

TO BE CONSIDERED

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in Victoria
- Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — ESSENTIAL
- Current Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle — ESSENTIAL
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Professional, reliable and well-presented
- A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit environment
