Operations Planner/Allocator | Erskine Park

We're looking for an experienced Operations Allocatorto support the day-to-day coordination of our NSW transport operation.

n

This role is responsible for allocating fleet and labour, managing live operations, and acting as a key point of contact for drivers and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time freight delivery.

n

Key Duties

n

n
- Allocate daily fleet work and plan runsheets
n
- Monitor live operations and manage disruptions
n
- Liaise with drivers on start times, routes, and changes
n
- Communicate ETAs and delays to customers
n
- Book outsourced transport as required
n
- Ensure fatigue management and compliance
n
- Maintain accurate system data and PODs
n

About You

n

n




- 1–2+ years' experience in a transport, logistics, or allocator/dispatch role
n
- Confident managing live operations in a fast-paced environment
n
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience using transport or tracking systems (TransVirtual highly regarded)
n
- Sound understanding of fatigue and compliance fundamentals
n
