Job Description

Xplor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cover a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave, focusing on key fitness and leisure clients across Australia. You will manage existing accounts, generate recent leads, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize product adoption of Xplor Gym, Mariana Tek and TrueCoach solutions.

Ideal candidates have account management or customer service experience in health/fitness, familiarity with club management systems, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
