Job Description

An established funds management organisation is looking for an experienced KYC Analystto join its client operations team.

This role will be responsible for managing KYC reviews, client due diligence and account maintenance throughout the client lifecycle. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring client information remains accurate, compliant and up to date.

The Role

n

n
- Manage KYC review and account maintenance processes across a range of client risk profiles
n
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Politically Exposed Person (PEP) reviews
n
- Review client documentation and identify missing, inconsistent or incomplete information
n
- Complete periodic and event-driven KYC reviews within required timeframes
n
- Maintain accurate records of client reviews, approvals and supporting documentation
n
- Respond to queries and requests from Compliance, Financial Crime, Audit and other internal stakeholders
n




- Manage account maintenance across a range of client types and account structures
n
- Contribute to remediation, process improvement and change initiatives
n

About You

n

You'll have strong experience in KYC, AML/CTF, client onboarding or client lifecycle management, ideally gained within banking, financial services, funds management or a similar environment.

You will also bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related discipline
n
- Robust knowledge of KYC processes
n
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
