Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Clinical Team Leader for the HASI Plus program in Carlingford. You will provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-oriented, person-centred support to people with complex mental health needs within the community.

Based at Carlingford, this permanent full time role involves overseeing a caseload of 10-12 consumers, leading handovers, care planning, risk assessments and on-call duties, while strengthening partnerships with LHD case
