YOMG Coolangatta is seeking a Full Time Venue Manager to lead daily operations and a large team in a quick-paced venue on the Gold Coast. You will drive sales, cost controls and service quality while upholding YOMG standards and safety requirements.

You will report to Multi-Site and State Managers, with a five-day roster, including weekends and late shifts. A hands-on, customer-focused leader with proven hospitality experience is essential.
