Experienced Client Services Officer & Paraplanner

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Financial Planning division in a combined Client Services Officer and Paraplanning role. You will be a contact for a portfolio of client groups and also produce high-quality advice documents and work closely with our financial advisers.

Key responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients as their first point of contact, managing their ongoing service and review cycle

Prepare compliant, well-reasoned Statements of Advice and Records of Advice across superannuation, investment, retirement and insurance.

Research and model strategies, including contribution strategies, Transfer Balance Cap considerations, pension commencements and BDBNs

Coordinate implementation, product applications and follow-through with platforms, insurers and fund providers

Prepare for review meetings

Keep client files accurate, audit-ready and compliant with AFSL, Best Interests Duty and AML/CTF obligations

About you

3+ years' experience as a paraplanner, client service manager or similar in an Australian financial planning practice

Strong technical knowledge of superannuation,



SMSFs, retirement income and insurance

Explicit, accurate writing and a sharp eye for compliance detail

Confident, warm communicator who enjoys client contact

Well organised, able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines

Experience with financial planning software and platforms
