Penfold Projects are looking for a reliable and motivated Irrigation Leading Hand to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their quality workmanship, and is motivated to further develop their skills in landscape construction. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a small team on irrigation and landscaping projects
- Install irrigation systems including mains, laterals, valves, controllers, and drip systems
- Read and interpret irrigation and landscape plans
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and site requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards




- Maintain safe work practices and site organisation
- Liaise with project managers and clients when required

About You

- Proven experience in irrigation installation and landscaping
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role
- Ability to read irrigation and landscape plans
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence (truck licence an advantage)
- Ability to operate small plant and machinery
