Responsibilities:

Assisting Senior Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of property management

Conducting property inspections and condition reports

Assisting with tenant screenings and lease agreements

Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs

Managing rental arrears and enforcing lease terms

Assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals

Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords

Maintaining accurate property records and documentation

Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations

Requirements:

A genuine interest in the real estate industry,



specifically property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Basic knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations (preferred but not essential)
