Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Care Partner to join its Support at Home team in the Kurri Kurri area. You will coordinate care for a group of older people, performing clinical tasks and building trusted relationships within the community.

This role combines care coordination with regular home visits, maintaining your nursing skills under multidisciplinary oversight and within your EN scope and competencies.
