The Chance:

Multiworks is a privately owned civil and infrastructure contractor delivering complex projects across Victoria. As the business continues to evolve, Multiworks is seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to take ownership of operational performance across its project portfolio. Working closely with the owners and executive leadership team, you will lead the project delivery function, creating greater consistency, accountability and commercial discipline across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop Project Managers and operational teams
- Oversee project performance across program, cost, quality and safety
- Drive monthly forecasting, reporting and project reviews
- Protect project margins and identify commercial risk early
- Strengthen the transition from tender through to project delivery
- Improve accountability, structure and consistency across operations




- Support resource planning and development of future leaders

About You:

You will be an established GM Operations, Construction Manager, Operations Manager or Project Director from the civil or infrastructure sector.

You will bring strong project delivery experience, commercial awareness and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Most importantly, you will be a visible and practical leader who can bring structure and accountability while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture that has made Multiworks successful.
