Job Description

As a Console Operator (Casual) at the Hope Trading Company in Bilinga, QLD, you'll provide exceptional customer service while operating the store console. This is a casual position, offering you the prospect to work minimum of 24 hours a week.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout

n

Operating the store console to process sales transactions

n

Handling cash and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed

n

Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment

n

Assisting with stock replenishment as required

n

Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently unsupervised.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
