Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Part-Time)

Location: Central Coast, NSW – Modern 158-bed facility
n Start Date: Immediate
n Employment Type: Permanent Part time
n Shifts Available: Choose between AM or PM shift

- AM Shift: Tuesday to Friday | 6:45am – 3:00pm
n
- PM Shift: Thursday to Saturday | 2:30pm – 10:30pm
n

About the Role:

n

We are seeking a clinically strong, part-time Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of full-time experience in aged care to join our client's passionate care team. You'll work alongside other RNs and lead a team of Personal Care Workers (PCWs) across one of their facilities.

n





This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently support care staff while delivering exceptional resident-focused care.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN
n
- Minimum 2 years of full-time aged care RN experience in the last 2 years
n
- Strong clinical judgement and confident in leading PCWs
n
- Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to think on your feet
n
- Experience with BestMed (care system) is highly desirable
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- NSW-based candidates preferred
