Central Coast Automotive Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Vehicle Sales professional to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive sales industry, representing quality vehicles to customers in our local community. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets whilst providing exceptional service to every client who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

Greet and engage prospective customers, understanding their vehicle requirements and budget

Conduct product knowledge presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits

Negotiate sales terms and close transactions in a professional and ethical manner

Prepare and process sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using dealership management systems

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions and financing options

Provide after-sales support and guidance on vehicle features and warranty information

What we're looking for

Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar retail sales environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Product knowledge of vehicles, including features,



specifications and financing options

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and dealership management software

A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct professional test drives

High level of honesty, integrity and professional ethics in all customer dealings

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in a competitive sales environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Flexibility to work occasional weekends and extended hours as required by business needs
