About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Kent Paper, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parcels and documents to customers across the Sydney metropolitan area. This full-time role involves working as part of a busy logistics team to ensure our clients receive their deliveries in a timely manner. The position is based in our Balgowlah office, with the opportunity for some flexibility in your working arrangements.

What you'll be doing

- Collecting and loading parcels and documents from our distribution center
- Planning and executing efficient delivery routes to reach customers on time
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ensuring the protected handling and delivery of all items
- Maintaining detailed delivery records and reporting any issues or delays
- Assisting with other logistics tasks as required
- Picking orders and packing orders when required

What we're looking for

- A valid driver's license
- Experience in a similar delivery or logistics role, ideally within the courier or transportation industry




- Excellent time management and organizational skills to maximize efficiency
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- The physical stamina to lift and move parcels as required
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
