ELGAS operates the largest LPG transport fleet in Australia, coordinating a busy fleet maintenance workshop in Smithfield. The role reports to the Head of Fleet and maintenance and leads a team of Heavy Diesel Mechanics to keep vehicles protected, compliant, and ready for operation.

You will drive maintenance planning, record-keeping, and continuous improvement, while managing supplier relationships and guaranteeing high safety and quality standards in daily operations.
