Crawford and Company in Australia is seeking a Strata Internal Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of strata claims from lodgement through to settlement. You will guide customers with clarity, assess coverage, and review documentation to support timely outcomes.

Experience in insurance or strata claims is highly regarded, though robust customer service professionals from retail or call centres are welcome to build a long-term career in insurance.
