Experience within the garden maintenance and landscaping industry is desired but not essential; excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to learn new skills and a great attitude is what we are seeking.
To be considered for the role you need:
- Manual C class QLD driver’s licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Willing to obtain a current police check.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an employee to join our team for approximately 30 - 38 hours / 4-5 days per week from Monday to Friday for an immediate start.
The position is on-going, beginningas an off-sider to a Leading Hand, whilst receiving in-house training, with the intention of development & promotion to Leading Hand.
We pay above the industry award offering a starting rate of $33.96 +super per hour. Applicants with experience and qualifications in horticulture and basic landscaping attract a higher rate of up to $39 per hour + super + take home vehicle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of garden & landscaping power tools
- Mow, snip & edge lawns
- Trimming & shaping hedges
- Pruning & lopping small to medium trees
- Weed management, identification, & herbicide treatment
- Daily work reports
- Mulch and fertilise green spaces
- Other basic property maintenance tasks that arise, and are required, outside of above duties
