Are you an organised and motivated professional looking to grow your career in Facilities? We’re seeking an Facilities to join our Sydney-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across all aspects of Facilities while supporting both our KFC & Taco Bell restaurant teams.
About the role
This Facilities Officer position is based at the Restaurant Brands Australia Restaurant Support Centre which is located in Pyrmont NSW. In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day facilities support to restaurant teams, Area Coaches and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Facilities support to restaurant teams, Area Coaches and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Conduct quarterly Facilities Reviews, identifying and coordinating outstanding maintenance, compliance and operational actions.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, performance and service delivery, including SAP and WHS system requirements.
- Oversee preventative and compliance maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion and resolution of non-compliance.
- Prioritise and escualate Facilities issues based on safety, compliance, operational impact and business risk.
- Administer SAP R&M;, including purchase orders, maintenance schedules, asset management and month-end reporting.
- Maintain accurate Facilities records, project trackers, databases and reporting.
- Support Facilities expenditure management, including cost tracking,
invoice validation and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with WHS, Operations and service providers to address safety risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate Facilities projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring effective planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement.
About you
- Experience in Facilities Management, maintenance coordination or multi-site operational environments, ideally within QSR, hospitality or retail.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, maintenance activities and service providers across multiple locations.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance, compliance programs, asset management and WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a cooperative and qualified approach.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality, with robust administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or similar facilities systems is desirable.
- A relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Business, Project Management or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- An Australian permanent resident or citizen.
