For many of our guests, the stay begins long before they reach the lodge. It begins at the airport kerb, the station platform, or the car door opening on the driveway. As Porter & Driver, you set that first impression and carry it through the stay.

You will collect and transfer guests in the lodge vehicles, welcome arrivals, escort guests and luggage to their lodge, and remain on hand throughout their stay for transfers to dinner, the spa, or experiences in the surrounding valley. You will know the roads, the region and the small details that make a journey pleasant, and you will keep the vehicles immaculate, fuelled and ready.

The position reports to the Hotel Manager and suits someone with genuine warmth, a calm presence behind the wheel and pride in service.

About You

- Previous experience as a porter, concierge, driver or chauffeur in luxury hospitality or private transport is advantageous
- A current, unrestricted NSW driver licence with a clean driving record
- NSW Driver Authority (point-to-point) or willingness to obtain one




- Excellent presentation, courtesy and discretion
- Good physical fitness for luggage handling and time on your feet
- Solid local and regional knowledge, or a keenness to learn it quickly
- Flexibility across a rotating roster, including early starts, evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

- Deliver safe, punctual and comfortable guest transfers
- Welcome arriving guests and manage luggage with care
- Escort guests to their villas and orient them to the lodge
- Provide on-property transfers to dining, spa and experiences
- Keep all vehicles clean, maintained and logged
- Support the front office team during arrivals and departures
