About The Role

As a Data Analyst - ERP, you will support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across the business, ensuring data is accurately prepared, validated, migrated and governed throughout the program lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Director, Data Architect, Data Engineer, Integration Manager, and business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in data preparation, validation, migration, and ongoing quality assurance. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work on-site five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cleanse, standardise and maintain data for D365 ERP migration, integration, reporting and master data management activities.
- Validate, reconcile, and quality assure data across source and target systems throughout testing and implementation phases.
- Support the development of data mappings, specifications, business rules, and validation documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define, validate, and resolve data-related requirements and issues.
- Assist with ERP cutover, migration execution, integration validation, and continuous improvement of data governance practices.

About You

You are a detail-oriented data professional who thrives in complex project environments and enjoys solving data challenges. You bring experience working with ERP systems, data migration, or business transformation projects and are passionate about maintaining high standards of data quality. Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,



you combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills to deliver trusted business outcomes.

You Will Bring

- Experience supporting data migration, data quality, master data management and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or another Tier 1 ERP implementation.
- Strong data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Exposure to Tier 1 ERP platforms, data governance practices, Power BI, and manufacturing, food, or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
