Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Property Manager role based in Sydney, NSW. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, handling day-to-day tasks such as tenant communications, lease administration, rent collection, and routine inspections. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing service providers, and ensuring properties are well-presented and compliant with relevant regulations. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, preparing documentation and reports, and supporting leasing activities when required.



The Property Manager will work closely with the wider team to deliver reliable, high-quality service and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

Qualifications

- Strong property management and real estate operations skills, including lease administration, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with owners, tenants, and service providers, with a customer-focused approach.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with property management software, CRM systems, and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document preparation).
- Knowledge of relevant NSW residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in handling tenancy issues and property concerns.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related customer service role is highly regarded.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for inspections and meetings.
- Relevant real estate or property management certification/licence in NSW (or eligibility to obtain) is an advantage.
