We’re currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well‑established and growing real estate business with a strong reputation across Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Property Management but is looking for a role with genuine support around them, a manageable portfolio and a strong Monday–Friday work‑life balance.

The business has a qualified and collaborative team environment, with dedicated staff supporting the Property Management department across leasing, routines and inspections, allowing the Property Manager to focus on their portfolio and client relationships.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties
- Portfolio is located across Melbourne
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- No Saturdays
- Fully office‑based position
- Dedicated support across Leasing, Routines, Entries & Exits
- Work alongside an experienced and collaborative team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Manage day‑to‑day portfolio requirements and ensure a high level of customer service
- Quarterly bonus structure
- Salary up to $85K + Super

About You

- 2–3+ years’ Property Management experience
- Experience managing a residential portfolio




- Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Property Management process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- A genuine interest in building a long‑term career within real estate
