Whilst experience is preferred, we value attitude and cultural fit above all else and are excited to provide comprehensive general practice training and mentorship, for a passionate new Nurse ready to grow within our team. We offer a high-volume casual roster (4 to 5 shifts, approx. 30 to 37.5 hours per week) and arelooking for Nurses who embrace flexibility across our operating hours: Monday to Friday 6.30am - 9pm

Weekends 8am - 6pm Competitive penalty rates apply for afternoon shifts, weekends and public holidays. Key responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Clinical: Triage, emergency response, immunisations, ECGs, spirometry and audiograms.
n
- GP Support: Assisting with surgical procedures, excisions and wound management.
n
- Care Management: Health assessments,



chronic disease care plans and health coaching.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Operational: Managing eHealth, patient reminders and treatment room co-ordination.
n
- Requirements: Registration: Current AHPRA
n
- General Registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
n
- Mindset: A solution-focused approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
n
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive and remain flexible, in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while adhering to clinical policies and procedures.
n
- Desirable: Eligibility: Applicants with full work rights are preferred.
n
- Software: Proficiency in Best Practice or similar medical software.
n
- Experience: Previous Nursing experience in an Australian general practice setting.
n
- Specialised skills: Experience or qualifications in immunisations, care plans and health assessments.
n
