Insurance Building Supervisor / Estimator | Brisbane | $95k-$130k + Company Vehicle

We're recruiting for one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Their Brisbane team is growing, and they're hiring Supervisor/Estimators to manage residential and light commercial reinstatement projects from first assessment through to handover.

This role suits two kinds of people, and the company is genuinely open to both.

From the tools: You're a qualified carpenter, tradesperson, leading hand, or foreperson who knows how a job goes together. You're ready to use that knowledge to run projects instead of building them. Full training in insurance processes, estimating, and systems is provided.

From the industry: You've worked as a supervisor, estimator, assessor, or project coordinator in insurance building or residential construction and want a stable role with a well-resourced national business.

What you'll be doing

- Inspecting damaged properties, scoping works, and preparing estimates
- Managing a portfolio of insurance repair jobs from assessment to completion
- Booking, coordinating, and supervising subcontract trades
- Keeping insurers, homeowners, and the internal team updated




- Making sure work is completed safely, to standard, on time, and on budget

What you’ll bring

- A trade qualification (carpentry preferred) or experience in insurance building or residential construction
- Solid knowledge of how residential construction works on site
- Valuable communication skills and the confidence to deal with homeowners and trades
- The ability to juggle multiple jobs and stay organised
- White Card and a current driver's licence
- QBCC Supervisor Licence is a bonus but not essential
