Psychologists: Help Everyone, Not the Few | $100k - $150k+ p/yr | No Gap Clinics

Join Champion Health's multi-disciplinary clinics as a general or clinical psychologist. You will work within integrated health teams of 20+ clinicians, focusing on clinical outcomes in a "No Gap" and "Bulk Billing" model. During your initial 6 month Clinical Onboarding period, you will work with diverse patient presentations including trauma (30%-40%), depression and anxiety (30-40%), pediatrics such as eating disorders, ASD/ADHD (20-30%), and other conditions (10%) such as performance mindset and chronic pain. You will receive a wide range of patient presentations from all funding schemes while learning to integrate with multi-disciplinary health team approaches and crystallizing your areas of clinical interest.

Key responsibilities

- Provide clinical psychology services to patients with complex, chronic and lifelong conditions
- Work closely with health professionals from a range of disciplines including physiotherapists, hand therapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, hydrotherapists, massage therapists, and visiting doctors
- Integrate with multi-disciplinary health team approaches to maximize consumer results
- Participate in weekly paid meetings including MDT conference, intra-disciplinary meeting, 1 on 1 mentoring and PD meeting
