About the role

Undertake all aspects of the Plumbing Trade, including reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, repair services and construction activities across a broad range of sites for clients of Modus Projects to meet the specified targets.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and construct assets for a wide range of Modus Clients
- Undertake all activities to high standard of workmanship
- Assist in servicing assets in accordance with relevant standards to protect client assets and the community from potential hazards
- Utilise external resources as required to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner
- Engage all relevant utilities and service providers for inspections, approvals and identification of faults
- Use initiative to solve problems that arise on site to complete tasks efficiently
- Provide efficient and effective customer service
- Complete works with minimum disruption to client operations
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations




- Accurately record all costs in relation to labour time and materials

About you

- Plumbing, Draining and Gas Fitting License
- Current Backflow Prevention and/or TMV endorsement
- Working at Heights
- Elevated Work Platform
- Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver's Licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial Plumbing maintenance
- Robust, effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
