We currently have an opening for an exceptional, self-motivated, dedicated, and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at our Logan Central location.

This is a fast paced and hands on role, focusing on the following:

Day to day operations of a retail store, implementing and maintaining exceptional levels of merchandising and store presentation standards, high financial acumen with the ability to drive sales to achieve store targets.

- Have a strong passion and focus on driving high volumes of stock.

Processes

- Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the store’s financial performance (sales, controllable costs etc.), customer service standards, store standards and inventory management.

Store

- Actively maintain store standards through leading by example.
- Have a solid focus on promoting and leading health and safety in store

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in a similar role
- Genuine passion for retail excellence
- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate team members and demonstrate respect for others in a teamwork environment
- Commercially focused mindset and the ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
