Job Description

The Grand Hotel in Rockdale, part of Sonnel Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations across the bar and floor. You'll lead a team, deliver consistent, friendly service, and support the Venue Manager in multi-site hospitality operations.

You'll ensure RSA, WHS and cash handling compliance while driving a positive culture and strong guest experience. This role supports growth opportunities within Sonnel's Sydney venues.
