IMPACT Community Services Limited in Bundaberg is seeking a full time Youth Coach for the Get Set for Work program. The role supports young people aged 15 to 19 who face barriers to education, training or employment through mentoring, coaching and practical assistance.

You will recruit and engage participants, develop training plans, and help participants prepare for employment opportunities, building confidence and employability skills in a supportive community setting.
