We're searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the team at the Mail Exchange Hotel — a vibrant, fast-paced venue located opposite Southern Cross Station. Key responsibilities

- Running day‑to‑day venue operations
- Leading and mentoring the team
- Contributing to marketing and social media
- Rostering, stock control, and managing KPIs

About you

- Experience in food, beverage & gaming operations
- Knowledge of TAB, Keno & wagering
- Current Vic Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG & RSF
- Wagering accreditation (a bonus!)
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
