Job Description

Cadell Food Service in Epping, Victoria, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations across two shifts. You will oversee receival, picking, packing, replenishment and inventory management for 25-40 staff, driving safety, efficiency and culture.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong coaching, KPI focus, and change-management skills to deliver operational excellence in a quick-paced FMCG environment.
