Job Description

Bailey Nelson in Cockburn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our brand new store opening early November 2026. You'll partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.

You'll own the store two days per week, coach your team, and drive performance. This role offers hands-on dispensing and leadership training, with robust internal progression as we grow across ANZ.
