Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our busy team, working on a number of exciting new shows and projects!

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track day-to-day team work against the production schedule, flagging variations early with proposed solutions
- Communicate with artists daily for alignment of schedule
- Keep Production Managers informed of anything that may affect schedule
- MaintainShotgrid (tasks, assignments, status) and other production systems accurately and on time
- Take and distribute explicit notes in dailies and client reviews
- Coordinate client deliverables sends with Production Managers, and work with Editorial to ensure successful delivery

Skills and Experience

- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of the VFX pipeline and how a shot moves from start to finish
- Sound knowledge of Shotgrid,



Filemaker or similar database and scheduling tools
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and adapt to changing briefs
- Sharp attention to detail and a good eye for composition
- Comfortable in Mac and PC environments, with basic Linux command line skills
